Advance reservations are required and may be made by calling the Business Office (334) 874-1725.<br>\n2. Rooms are available Monday\u2013Thursday from 9:00\u20135:00 and Friday and Saturday from 9:00\u20131:00.<br>\n3. The Library reserves the right to revoke the use of meeting rooms if needed for library use.<br>\n4. Cancellation must be given 24 hours in advance.<br>\n5. At the end of a meeting, all organization's property shall be removed and the room returned to its original order.<br>\n6. Responsibility for reimbursing the library for damage to the room or its contents rests with the organization.<br>\n7. Meeting rooms must have in attendance at least 1 adult for every 10 children.<br>\n8. Childcare is not provided by the library. Please ask participants to make childcare arrangements outside the library before meetings.<br>\n9.
